1. The deal
By creating a Linq account you agree to these Terms. If you're signing up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that company. If you don't agree, don't use Linq — no hard feelings.
2. The service
Linq is a software-as-a-service CRM and field-service platform. We do our best to keep it up, fast, and useful. We may add, remove, or change features over time; if we ever remove something material we'll give you 30 days' notice and a path to get your data out.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You may not share a single user seat between multiple humans.
- Don't use Linq to do anything illegal, abusive, or that would put other customers' data at risk.
4. Your data
You own everything you put into Linq. We act as a custodian. You can export it at any time. If you cancel, you have 30 days to retrieve it before it's permanently deleted.
5. Billing
- Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance.
- Cancel any time from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
- If your payment method fails, we'll email you and pause the account after a grace period; data is retained until you cancel formally.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use Linq to send spam, scrape data, attempt to break security, reverse-engineer the platform, or operate businesses we explicitly prohibit (firearms sales, adult content, MLM, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this section.
7. Sub-processors and data transfers
Linq uses a documented list of sub-processors (cloud host, email, payments, telephony). See the Privacy Policy for the current list. By using the service you authorize transfers to these sub-processors as strictly required to deliver the product to you.
8. Liability
Linq is provided "as-is." We do everything reasonable to keep it up and accurate, but you're responsible for verifying critical business operations (billing, scheduling, payments). Our total liability in any twelve-month period is capped at the fees you paid us in that period.
9. Termination
Either side can terminate the agreement for convenience with 30 days' notice. We can terminate immediately for material breach (non-payment, acceptable-use violation, or security incident).
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Vancouver, BC.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to account owners with 14 days' notice. Continuing to use Linq after that constitutes acceptance.
